So, you want to become a more productive writer. Well done!
The first step to do that is to forget this. Yes! Forget you want to become a more productive writer. You won’t become one if you don’t take the second step first.
The second step is to fix your sleep schedule. This is crucial.
How can you do it?
You need three weeks. It may seem a long time, but it is not. Trust me!
In the first week set a bedtime. Challenge yourself to go to bed at 23:00 every night. I don’t care when you will wake up. Just go to bed at 23 (and leave the phone in another room).
Oh, I almost forgot! You won’t get asleep at 23 in the first two or three days. You will probably sleep after midnight.
In the second week, keep the 23:00 bedtime and start waking up at a fixed time whatever is early for you. Maybe it is 7:00 or 6:30.
In the third week change the bedtime to 22:00. You can keep 7:00 as the wake-up time, but if you can do it earlier, do it.
This is all you need. Just challenge yourself three weeks from no one.
After the three weeks passed, just keep it going. After that, you are allowed to start thinking about how to become a more productive writer.
That’s all! Thanks for reading!
